At Envision Retina, we work with a wide range of insurance carriers. Even if your plan is considered out-of-network, we will still submit claims on your behalf. To help us process your visit smoothly, please bring your current insurance card with you to every appointment.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards. Any co-payments or outstanding balances are due at the time of check-in.
You can also take care of your bill online at any time through our secure payment portal.
Self-Pay Patients
We understand that not all patients have insurance coverage. Our philosophy is to deliver excellent retina care while being mindful of financial circumstances. If you are paying out of pocket, we will work with you to develop fair and transparent payment arrangements so that cost does not stand in the way of your care.
